Is there a setup fee?

Yes, a one-time net fee that covers the setup, taking over your data and the trial week: Starter $990, Practice $1,790, Clinic $2,990.

What does annual billing cost?

With annual billing you pay half the setup fee plus 10 monthly fees, and get 12 months. Annual fee per package: Starter $3,985, Practice $7,885, Clinic $13,395.

Can I buy a single module?

In the US, ClinicAI is offered as the three packages above. If you need something different, such as 5 or more locations or a custom integration, I send a written custom quote.

What decides the exact price?

The package and your call volume. Practice includes 500 call minutes a month, Clinic 1,200. If you expect more calls, the extra minutes are part of a written quote.

Are the prices net?

Yes. Prices in USD, excluding any applicable taxes.

What's included in the monthly fee?

Use of the system, maintenance, updates, changes to texts and rules, and support. Anything charged separately is agreed in writing beforehand and only with your approval.

Can I switch package?

Yes, from the next billing period. You can start with Starter and move up when you need to.

What is the notice period?

The exact terms are in the terms and in the individual contract. The data belongs to the practice: when the contract ends, you get a full export.
